This medical first aid simulator is an innovative training system for performing cricotracheotomy.

The newly designed cricothyrotomy simulator was developed for learning and practicing the techniques necessary to perform needle or surgical cricothyrotomy procedures.
Paramedics, EMTs, military medics, flight nurses, anesthesiologists, and other emergency medical personnel will have the opportunity to strengthen their skills and confidence in performing or assisting with airway surgical procedures. Anatomically
accurate landmarks aid in site identification and enable rapid action.
The hyperextended neck allows the user to determine the correct incision site.
The trachea in the simulator is replaceable, as the airways run completely from top to bottom.
This allows for checking the positioning of the mandrel and obturator once the incision has been made.
Complete with a life-size chin and neck, the straps can be used to hold the obturator in a secure position.
